Put WhatsApp as the top action, since that is how most UAE buyers prefer to reply. You can also link a video of you working (add a YouTube video).
Galleries and studios: one card per person and one for the stand
Give each gallery rep their own card so a collector reaches the person they spoke to, with a shared theme so the team looks like one gallery (create a card for your team). Then duplicate a card for the fair with your stand number and the artists you are showing. If some work is for select clients only, a private card keeps that page off public view.
Make the stand code scannable
Fair halls have spotlights, glossy walls and crowds. Print the QR code large, leave a blank margin, avoid glossy panels, and add a line such as "Scan to see more work and save my contact". Capture and follow up leads
The free card lets visitors save your contact. To receive their details as well, you need Premium, which adds an Exchange Contact form, a lead inbox and CSV export (lead capture). Premium is unlocked with a licence PIN from a partner; see activate a licence PIN. Plans apply per card, so you can upgrade only the fair card.
MyInfo does not scan event badges; that is a separate organiser system. When you collect personal details, say why (PDPL and your digital business card). Each evening, export leads (export your leads) and message everyone within a day (follow up within 24 hours).
