Add your QR code to invoices and quotations in the UAE

Put your MyInfo card's QR code on invoices, quotations and delivery notes so clients can save your details, reorder and reach the right person without calling.

Every invoice and quotation you send is read by someone who may need you again: to query a line, to reorder or to recommend you. Most documents carry a generic office number, a stamp and nothing else. Adding the QR code of your MyInfo digital business card to the footer turns each invoice, quotation and delivery note into a one-scan way to reach you. This guide shows how to do it simply and keep it working.

Why a QR code belongs on your paperwork

A paper or PDF invoice often outlives the email it came in. Months later, a client or their accountant is looking at the document and wants a name and a direct line. A QR code on it opens your live card, with the current number, hours and links, so the document never points to old details.

Get the code from your card

Open your card and tap Show QR Code. Take a screenshot to save the image, as described in share your card with a QR code. Because the code contains your card's address, it never expires and never needs regenerating when you edit your details. It is free on every card.

Put the code in the footer or beside your contact block, away from totals and bank details. For print, around 3 cm across with a blank margin and a dark code on a light background scans reliably; follow the placement and size rules. Add a short line next to it, such as "Scan to save our details". Test it from your own phone on the PDF and on a printed copy before you update your template.

Use one card per sender where it helps

If invoices come from sales reps, point each rep's invoices at their own card. If invoices come from the finance desk, link a company card that lists finance contacts in a text section. One account can hold several cards, so the sales team and finance team each get the right link.

What the client sees and what you should not add

The card is a public page, so show business contact details only. Do not put bank details, invoice numbers or client data on it. If you want the client to leave a message after reading the invoice, a Premium card's Exchange Contact button in lead capture lets them send a name, phone and note to your lead inbox. Check your own tax-invoice requirements with your accountant before changing a template.

Frequently asked questions

Will the QR code still work if I change my phone number?

Yes. The code points to your card's address, not to your number. Edit the number on the card and every old invoice that carries the code shows the new one, see update your card in 30 seconds.

Can I put the code on quotations sent by WhatsApp?

Yes. Add it to the PDF, or simply share the card link in the same chat, as in how to share your card on WhatsApp.
